Sending password

Hi everybody, I've a question about VNC password. I provided a password 
on VNC server and now I want to start my VNC client to connect to the 
server but I don't want to provide the password in the GUI. So I'd like 
to start VNC from command line (I use Windows 2000) and provide password 
to connect to server from command line too! Is there any way? It's very 
important for me! Thanx 4 help! Max
