Resolution problem

Hi, the computer where there's VNCserver has a resolution of 1280 x 
1024, the other (with VNCclient) of 1024 x 768, so when I connect to the 
VNCserver I can't see all the desktop but I must scroll it! Is there a 
way to adapt the resolution of the VNCserver (that is bigger than the 
VNCclient)? Thanx 4 your help! Max
