Are there any commonly used patches, or is it even possible, to send
the WINDOWS key and/or the APPLICATION (Context Menu) key to a Windows
machine running the VNC server?
I understand it might be difficult (or impossible) to directly generate
them from a Windows VNC client since the OS may intercept them, but
from a non-windows client and/or a simple GUI element it should be easy
enough to send something to the remote server to reflect that key being
pressed.
