That looks like the generic service termination message.

For remediating the problem immediately, the simplest workaround is to set the service to restart on termination (run services.msc, look at the VNC service properties, set the action on termination).

For understanding the source of the problem, we probably need to see what other events show up in the logs immediately surrounding the time that VNC dies.
