Up until a few days ago, I was able to use VNC to get to one of the machines on my
home LAN. The only things that were changed were that I replaced the "default" SSID
in the wireless setup with a new name. Secondly, I've done some Microsoft updates
(not SP2 as I am running Windows XP Pro) but some other "critical" security updates.
I have both the Firewall and VPN configurations on the router to allow access on ports
5800, 5802, 5900, and 5902. I cannot get in via the VNC browser nor the Web client.
As I indicated previously, this worked a few days ago, now I cannot get in. If anyone
has suggestions, I'd appreciate it. I am traveling later next week and I really would
like to be able to access the home network from my hotel.
