I have noticed from any client. Mac (Chicken of the VNC), PC (RealVNC
client), or browser( IE, Firefox) that VNC server 4 running as a
service on a windows 2k wkstn will power down the machine when you
close a connection if you don't log in to the machine with ctrl-alt-del
first. If you do log in to the machine and then disconnect, the system
will go back to the login screen just fine. I have the server config
set to log off the user after disconnect. I do not want shared desktop
and haven't seen if the problem can be replicated in shared mode. Has
anyone else run into this problem? If so, any fix yet? Is it a Bug or a
feature:-)
