I have 2 computers (A and B) running under windows xp connected via
crossed rj45 cable. I want full graphical access to computer A.

I opened ports 5955 and 5855 on both computers and running realvnc in
   service-mode .

I'm not using Remote Administration or Fast User Switching.

           Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
           Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
