I can attest to the fact that they are NOT incompatible, as far as interfering with each other. Again, as Viv mentioned, you can't use VNC to talk to PC Anywhere or vice versa, but they don't conflict.

They are incompatible in the sense that you cannot have a PC Anywhere client connect to a RealVNC server, or a RealVNC client connect to a PC Anywhere server. You can have both pieces of software on the computer at a time though, they don't hinder each other. As far as I know..
