Ken, When you attempt to connect to the VNC 4 server from PocketPC, and it fails to work, an event should be logged in the Application Event Log on the server machine, that will start with "Connections: closed" and will give a reason for the connection being closed. If there aren't any such messages then that shows that the server isn't even receiving the connection attempt.
