We are looking at upgrading from the free version to the enterprise
version, but we had a few questions. I filled out the form on the
webpage for pricing on a large number (2800+) of licenses a moment ago.

On the Enterprise version what does it cover in terms of upgrades? Note:
I just found on the web page that it covers 12 months, how much is
maintenance for future upgrades, or do you have to pay full price again?

On the deployment tool can it remove older version like 3.3.7 or 3.3.9
and replace them with the newest on all the pc's it finds? Also does it
run as a service or does it require that you manually tell it to go out
and scan? The reason is notebook computers are not always in the office
and we would need to be sure that we got them with the latest version
installed and we don't always know when the users are in the office.

The windows authentication: Is this group based or user based? I
assume it integrates into Active Directory and let's you choose who
should have access to VNC, is this correct or is it only based on local
groups to the pc running the VNC server?

We also just noticed that 4.0 removed the registry entry that allowed us
to prevent users from disconnecting our IT staff. When we connect to a
user, we have a few that will immediately hit the Disconnect client
option on the tray icon typically because they are doing something they
are not supposed to be. Is there any way to grey this out again?

Thanks, and if these have been previously answered I apologise for
asking them again, but I did not find them when I searched the archives.
