B.Tabb:
Heya. Some routers don't let you connect to your WAN IP address from a PC that's "behind" the router. A FAQ about it, and error 10061, is here:
http://faq.gotomyvnc.com/fom-serve/cache/66.html
If you're trying to connect to the WAN IP address from somewhere else on the Internet, you'll need to setup the port forwarding of your router correctly:

Hope that helps!

I have real and tight VNC on my server which uses winXP and on my client which also uses winXP. I get in fine on the client on my LAN using the lan IP address. I am unable to connect using the WAN IP address. I get an UNABLE TO CONNECT error or a 1061 error. In addition, when I try to find my WAN IP address on he server I have gotten 3 or 4 diferent addresses, I signed up for an account at No-IP and also tried to find it at www.whatismyip.com . I addition I have Zabadee and Kaboodle for tiunnelling. I have downloaded everything I could find that I tought might help. Any suggesions? B. Tabb
