Yo don't do it on the command-line, you have to do it every time you use
the java viewer. By default the viewer points to the configured RFB port.
If you change the RFB port outside of VNC, you must correct it every new
session.

Depends on the age and price point of the router, really. Most of the
earlier ones didn't do redirection.

2) Agreed. I was thinking most of the current-generation of cable/dsl
routers. Didn't stop to think that the first generation of routers might not
support that. My bad.
