If you want to do changes on the fly to vnc running as a service this
should do it fairly easily:

winvnc4 -stop.
// change registry key
winvnc4 -start

Would that work ok?

You can also suply the vncpassword on the command line but i think
that just changes the password for the instance of vnc (not the
service)
