Currently there is not a way to lock the display. You can do what I do..... Turn off your monitors when you leave so in order for someone to see they would have to turn them on (I know this is not as secure as you want, but it is something.) I believe this feature is on the VNC wishlist just don't know how high of a prioirty it is.
