changing what session manager & programs are run in your VNC desktops by
default.

Please refer to the "Xvnc" documentation
(http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/man/Xvnc.html) for details on
changing the colour depth of your VNC desktops.

Alternatively, you may wish to use the vnc.so module to access your console
X display remotely (http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/x0.html).
