Pradeep, "ZLibHex" is not a standard encoding, so either you're not using a standard VNC Server, or something is getting very confused. Since we don't currently provide a native VNC Viewer for Mac OS X, I assume you're using a third-party port of VNC Viewer - it's possible that this isn't 100% compatible with VNC.
