The only times this has happened to us, we found that the Vnc Server service
was stopped on the problem workstations; if you've already ruled this out,
I'm stumped.

Can someone please help with this problem? We have over 200 machines running
on a domain. Most of the time VNC works but then from no where several
machines stop working preventing us from access them. I mean we can access
them and next time we can't. These are the two messages we get "Failed to
connected to server" and " Your connection has been rejected". Can telnet,
C$, and MMC into them. The services are running.
We just can't get into them. I have look over the internet for a fix but no
luck.
