I have installed the free version of VNC viewer on a new user's machine. I have given her the same setup as others on the network but she can not connect. If I log on as her I can not log on but if I log on as anyone else I can log on.
Does anyone have any idea as to why she can not log on? I have setup her network account exactly as others that can log onto the server.
