Hi,
I have a winXP machnine running with a VNC server on it.
What Im trying to do is access said machine from the outside world via a web browser. I can do it fine if I type http://<ip address>:5800 in the URL where <ip address> is the ip of my computer. Now what Im trying to do is get access when I dont have access to port 5800. This means that when I type http://<ip address> in the URL the same should happen. I searched and read in a few places saying that I needed apache installed on my machine and that I needed to change settings in both VNC and apache. What Im asking is how do I do this? Are there any tutorials that shows how I can do this? Similar to IBM's BladeCenter management module (the remote control section) for those who have used/seen it before.
Thanks
