Jerry,

You'll need to run vncviewer in windowed mode rather than full-screen if you
want other applications' hotkeys to work locally. VNC Viewer for Unix
captures all keyboard events when running full-screen.

Subject: vncviewer with xbindkeys

I have xbindkeys running just fine on centos 5.
I have vncviewer running in full screen mode showing another PC.

When vncviewer is running it seems to override my xbindkeys.

Is there a way to tell vncviewer to not bind to any keys?? The only keys I am binding is on the Keypad 3,4,6, 9 and Enter. Nothing that vncviewer uses anyway. When vncviewer is running and I hit 3,4,6,9 or enter on the keypad nothing happens.
When vncviewer exists the keys become active again.

How can I still have my xbindkeys active with vncviewer running?

Thanks,

Jerry

James,

Can there be a command line option added the fill run in full screen mode and NOT bind the keys?
Thanks for considering this.

Jerry
