Yes, but he'd still not get encryption as that requires both client and
server support.

Anyway, if you've got an Enterprise edition license then you're really
best off contacting their support.  If they don't offer this
functionality then the only other option I can see is to use an
alternate encryption method (SSH, Zebedee, etc) along with TightVNC.
