"most"   is not all

plus, he must be seeking to insure that no other OS's are used but MS OS's ;)

Not very insightful on his part....but that's my opinion.



"easiest"?    :)  customer service is the real issue. Techs MUST do 
what is best for customers, not himself.  So do his customer's 
desires drive his wagon or his personal desires drive what customers 
do :)

This tech would not be capable of working on our shop, not due to 
lack of skills, just lack of a good attitude.
