[Word 98 (& Office?) exceptions to this - probably non-standard drag...]

Can anyone out there (Tim, Mike, Jonathan?) verify they still have a
drag problem, in the case I outlined above?

BTW, I've got a pretty hackish fix to this problem, which I should be
able to share within a few hours...

(For those technically inclined, it uses an interrupt-driven Time
Manager task to keep an eye on the patches, and tries several different
low-level 'nudges' of the mouse if it thinks something has happened!)
