I currently work on this issue. The server won't send screen updates
on cursor movements, but it will send information about cursor shape
when it changes, to guarantee that local and remote cursors will look
the same.

I've implemented this functionality in the Unix version (1.1p5 patch
available at http://www.ce.cctpu.edu.ru/vnc/download.html) and
currently busy with Windows version. I don't have much time but I
expect this feature will be available in the beginning of January.
