> create different lists concerning differents aspects of VNC.

Yes, I've been aware recently that there is a lot of 'discussion' going
through the list which might be better off split into different 'segments'
somehow.

One first possibility that comes to mind is to split off different platforms
into different lists - after all, I know I personally am not likely to be
generally interested in 90% of the stuff about VNC for windows.
However, the big problem here is that VNC is so cross-platform - that is,
I might have several servers running on various flavours of Unix, with both
Macs and PCs acting as viewers. Then I might want to listen to all three main
lists (Mac list/ Windows list for viewers, Unix list for servers) - rather
annoying, when it might only be a small matter from one of them that I really
need info from (but I don't know that until I find the answer to the problem,
and I may not even know whether the problem lies with the servers or the
viewers etc etc.)

Also, there does not often seem to be a clearly defined distinction between
the server and the viewer/client. Is there a semi-sane way to divide the list
into two such sections (probably not - but I'm hoping it might give someone
a decent idea...)

Any thoughts (more sensible than mine) would be welcome!
