Sometimes you can't set the file permissions. At the school where I 
administer the computers, we use All the Right Type, and it requires the 
file permissions to be Change to its whole folder, and so the kids love to 
use it to cheat (transfer files between students), destroy the folder, and 
other things like that.

If you set up file permissions properly they can't! Always better to prevent 
than to waste time spying.
