My apologies if my problem is addressed in the faq or documentation, but I
couldn't find it....

I used to use vnc through my company's vpn to access my computer in the
office from home. That worked fine and all was well with the world. Then,
I got a new machine at work that ran win2000 instead of winnt4, and I can
no longer connect through the vpn. I'm still trying to connect from the
same client machine in my apartment (it runs winnt4). It's not a firewall
issue, because I can netcat to port 5900. I can also tell that I'm
connecting because when I type in my password, vncviewer immediately dies,
but when I type in an incorrect password, it prompts me again for the
password. I've tried both the java and the wintel versions.... The other
wierd thing is that I can use vnc fine from other machines in my office.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks for listening..
