It's best use for me is that CTRL-ESC ESC capability keeps going away.
Killing the client from the server is to only way I have left to get out of
full screen mode failing restarting the NT server itself.

Why am I the only one seeing such strangeness? Sigh. What strange keyboard
handling does vnc-client do that CTRL-ALT-DEL handling goes away after an
undetermined time?
