>From your headquarters machine, you should be able to run "regedt32", a
registry editor for Windows NT.  It can be made to open the registry of a
remote machine, even over the internet.  Use the Select Computer option and
enter the name of the server computer.

You should then have access to the remote machine's registry and you can
then edit the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/ORL/WinVNC3/Default/Password key
to match the one on your local machine, thus changing the password.
