I am familiar with SVNC, and in fact use it on a workstation at my
office. But, SVNC still requires SVGALib, and its associated configuration
hassles. I think a version of VNC viewer that use the Linux frame buffer
instead of an add on library, would make for a cleaner (and more easily
configured) unit, and would take less space, since additional libraries are
not needed.
