To answer your questions (hopefully) . . .
First look at the display number that WinVNC is using. Assuming it is 20,
the you will want to route 5820 AND 5920 to your internal static IP address.
For browser access, you will need to make sure both ports are open. From the
browser, you will want to use the URL of
http://your.external.ip.address:5820/ remembering to do it exactly like that
with the http:// portion if you are using IE and the :5820 to specifiy the
port (no '-' is included). I really would not recommend using port 80, but
if you must then you will need not only port 80 being translated to your
internal IP address, but also 180. If you have ZoneAlarm on the computer
with WinVNC, then once you open up the port and tell it to keep it open,
then you do not have to worry about it again.
