Another interesting observation: When I run Netscape on my VNC server,
I bring up "Edit Booksmarks". Then I go down to any item in the Bookmarks
list and right click. The context menu comes up, but *only* the first time.
>From then on Netscape does not get the right click at all.
If I exit Netscape and relaunch it, then I can get another mouse
right click to work in the bookmarks window, but again, only
one time.
So apparently it is not a global state variable that gets messed up
in the VNC server. It seems to be a per-client problem.
