You probably need to specify a larger font path than you have there (AIX has a
bunch of subdirectories under /usr/lib/X11/fonts/ that you probably need to
add as well) to get to all of the fonts your normal X11 server has access to.
The 'vncserver' script I provided with that precompiled exec you grabbed has a
font path in it that is probably more appropriate for you (it'd be a closer
starting point anyways).
