I finally managed to compile Xvnc with a trial version of SGI's compiler
It produced 'millions' of warnings but i have got a binary. It works fine
when started by a user. When I try the -inetd option I can't connect
to the server - gives me a 'invalid protocol' error.
The way I use it now is Xvnc -inetd running on a linux-box
connecting to the xdm of the SGI. This seems to slow it down
a bit, but it works. The problem left is that my users don't understand
why they have to connect to the linux-box when they want the SGI.
I would like to test the Trida compiler, can you tell me where I can get it?
