With ChromiVNC, the "dead keys" on the Macintosh keyboard are accessible
from most well-behaved VNC viewers - simply pressing the Macintosh
combination on the viewer (whichever platform) will cause the Server to
respond correctly.  I doubt the same can be said for other servers, however.
