I checked the Faq and docs and didn't see this problem. Maybe I missed it. I
dunno.

Anyways, I installed the most recent version of VNC on a webserver which is
run on NT4, SP6. It a primary domain controller in a miniscule net. I
installed the program, set it up as a service, set the password and started
the service. The server is located at a co-location facility, so it's a pain
to have to go and work with the machine in person.

Here's problem:

If I leave the computer logged in, say, to the administrator account, I can
use the vnc client fine to get to the machine. If I lock the screen, I can
unlock the screen via logging in with vnc. However, if I log out of the
administrator account, I get the message VNC authentication failed! So, I go
to the co-lo facility, log into the admin account, lock the screen, and all
is well, unless someone else logs out, freezing the authentication again.

btw, I have another NT running 4.0, SP6, and it works fine... can log in and
out easily.

Any clues?
