When I try to connect to a vncserver from my mandrake
7.2 after upgrading to XFree86 4.0.2 I get the
following error message:

Warning: Cannot convert string
"-*-helvetica-bold-r-*-*-16-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type
FontStruct
Warning: Unable to load any usable ISO8859-1 font
Warning: Unable to load any usable ISO8859-1 font
Warning: Missing charsets in String to FontSet
conversion
Warning: Unable to load any usable fontset
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I should have all the proper fonts installed and X
works on my system...until after I try to connect
using vncviewer. Then it screws up the font
recognition for my system and many things fail to
work. I cannot even do a clean logoff. I end up having
to reboot to get the fonts to work properly again.
I have the following XFree packages installed on my
system:

XFree86-xfs-4.0.2-4mdk
XFree86-75dpi-fonts-4.0.2-4mdk
XFree86-ISO8859-2-75dpi-fonts-1.0-14mdk

XFree86-static-libs-4.0.1-28mdk
XFree86-Mach64-3.3.6-18mdk
XFree86-server-common-3.3.6-18mdk
XFree86-libs-4.0.2-4mdk
XFree86-4.0.2-4mdk
XFree86-devel-4.0.2-4mdk
XFree86-server-4.0.2-4mdk
