I need to set this up remotely and using the command line only.

I got the service installed and running on the webserver, but only have
ports 80 and 25 available.
Netstat shows that it's listening on port 5900 as expected.

I need to configure the VNC server just by using command lines.
It needs a password and needs to run on port 80. This worries me, because
the webserver (IIS4) already has this.
The FAQ (http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/faq.html#q53) says that it's
possible, but
"You obviously can't run a VNC server on a port that's already being used
for other things. "
This is less than useful on a live webserver!

This would mean that I would have to stop the web server in order to use
VNC and then restart it again when finished.
This is a last resort, and would mean I have to work on the server at
night, (which I already do anyway!).

Anyone any ideas on configuring VNC server using command lines? Or, do I
have to edit the registry using command lines instead?

Cheers,
Andy.
