And there is another option. You might want to download latest
_preview_ releases of TightVNC from the following URL:

  http://www.tightvnc.com/download.html

That version includes latest Tight encoding code, local cursor feature
etc. The code is similar to the TridiaVNC (and most changes hopefully
will be included into the TridiaVNC in the nearest future) but the
HTTP server functionality was enabled there because I don't see enough
reasons to disable it.
