Hey, It's if you are running linux (unix), it will look like this: xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" -e sh -c "telnet subdomain.domain.com \ | tee /var/log/consol/log_of_all" & Insert this line into ~/.vnc/xstartup If you are running win NT 4.0 as I can see, I don't know the answer.
