VNC allows you to control the mouse and keyboard and view the contents of 
the screen.  There is no way you can work on a Windows machine with VNC 
without the user noticing.  Her or she would see the cursor moving and the 
contents changing.  Even with pcAnywhere there is only so much that one can 
do without affecting the user.
