No port blocking made by me (unless the system make it itself). The settings
in TCP/IP advanced applet are set to no value.
No local firewall installed, just i've maded the standard installation win2k
server /no MSIIS/ + AD lately to make server domain controller.

I got exactly the same effect is when I connected from LAN /no firewall along
the way/ and thru firewall from Inet.
BTW What address authentication you mean in registry - to VNC hive or to ...?

No positive result according to your tips - I've set (it was) full acces for
everyone, I've added yet for authenticated users . I've reinstalled VNC to
default settings /no extra AuthHost and QuerySetting/ and the system
