The most obvious bug in this config is SP4 :) The first thing I would do is SP5 or better - SP6 the box. Have you SP'd the Win2K workstation? Basically, before I installed VNC this server had been up for 6mnths +. It is barebones with only Netscape 4.7 installed in addition to NT.
