Hi,
I finally figured out what the problem was. It was a Bad Network adapter. I
had an FA311TX Netgear Card and I swapped it for a 3COM Card and for some
reason it works fine. I'm just not getting my speed as the Netgear was a
10/.100 card and I have a 10/100 modem, and the 3COM card is a 10 MB card.
The thing is that the Netgear card works since I had the PC which was around
June and stopped working around July. I traded the card out but I havnt
tried it yet.
Bill
