You could run sshd on the Solaris machine and use SSH to tunnel through it.
There are instructions on how to do this with Linux here:
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/sshvnc.html
I have a rough set of instructions on how to set things up with Tera Term on
the Windows end that I can give you if you like. Many people use Zebedee
for this, which appears to be easier to set up but somewhat less secure. I
haven't tried it.
If you don't need encryption, I think someone has written a VNC proxy
server. Or, if the Windows machines have real, routable IP addresses, you
could enable IP forwarding on the Solaris machine.

Subject: Using a Unix Gateway to WinNT
Does anyone have a document that outlines how I can use a Unix server
(Solaris) as a gateway to VNC into some WinNT machines hanging off the back
of it ?
Thanks,
Ian
