You can get a complete list of registry entries by looking at the source.
see vncProperties.cpp. (I've attached the file from 1.2.1 in this mail)
search for "vncProperties::Load" and go down a bit:

Here you see some values read from the registry.
But you'll have to be careful where the data is read from: see the
"hkLocal" in the calls above. They're going to different registry keys:
hkLocal is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/ORL/WinVNC3
hkLocalUser is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/ORL/WinVNC3/<USERNAME or SYSTEM>
hkDefault is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/ORL/WinVNC3/Default
hkGlobalUser is HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/ORL/WinVNC3
IIRC.
You'll find some interesting settings there.
AFAIK there's nothing to disable "kill all clients", but you can remove the
whole menue or even the icon in the taskbar.
