For those who need to alter the icons or menu items of WinVNC, this has worked well for me.
http://rpi.net.au/~ajohnson/resourcehacker <http://rpi.net.au/~ajohnson/resourcehacker> This will let you modify the winvnc.exe to remove the icon or other items. Be careful that your boss understands and agrees with doing this or you may be seeking other employment.
