There is patch for it, search the mailing list archives (ie, you need to
patch and re-compile).  Const Kaplinsky has stated that this patch will be
included in tightvnc 1.2.2 (http://www.tightvnc.com) in a registry key
labeled "EnableHTTPDaemon", but his release date keeps slipping ;)

Also, TridiaVNC (http://www.tridiavnc.com) has actually removed the
java/http server code for reasons of their own.  However, Unless you get the
latest version from their CVS server, their 1.4 release is somewhat dated,
especially in regards to the Tight encoding included there...
