We aren't spying on them, they know we can take over their computers at anytime.
Many large corporations do this same thing.
We own the computers, they are just using them. We can do whatever we want with them

I do not think it's a legitimate use to implement it as "Spyware". Even if
the ACLU or other civil rights groups do not BBQ you, the bad press isn't
worth it. You are better off controlling at the hardware level. Remove
the games, filter the web browsers at the server, lock down policies on the
workstations so unauthorized software cannot be installed, ... Ultimately,
if your employees are not trustworthy, spying on them is only going to make
them sneakier, wasting even more of their time and energy as well as yours.

Is there any software that allows you to view thumbnails of many screens,
then click on one to take over it.
I wanna implement it to watch over our employees computer actions.
