"-netd" option specifies Xvnc to works under "inetd". 
But "-inetd"'d Xvnc itself is not useful.  But if you
specify xdm options, such as "-query", "-broadcast",
(or "-indirect", but it cause a problem), invoked
Xvnc (with -inet) send XDM query to specified host or
boradcast.  Then, XDM server (normally "xdm" or such)
start graphical login program for querying Xvnc.  Then
you can login and start X session over Xvnc.

    Is this make sense?
